Andrew Abercrombie

Andrew Abercrombie

Appointment: Director, November 2006

Andrew became a founding director of the original FlexiRent business in 1991. He is an experienced commercial and tax lawyer and was a founding partner in a legal firm operating in both Sydney and Melbourne.

Following several years in property investment and tax consulting, he became involved in the FlexiRent business in 1991, and until 2003 was Chief Executive Officer.

Rajeev Dhawan

Rajeev is currently a partner of Equity Partners. Rajeev has over 23 years’ venture capital and private equity experience (through Hambro-Grantham; Colonial First State Private Equity and currently Equity Partners) with a particular focus on the mid-market segment and has been a director of a number of listed and unlisted portfolio companies.

Christine Christian

Prior to her Board career, Christine was CEO of Dun & Bradstreet Australia and New Zealand from 1997 to 2012, Chairman of Dun & Bradstreet Consumer Credit Services and Executive Director of Dun & Bradstreet India.

Christine is a director of Lonsec Fiscal Group, New York based Powerlinx Inc, and Credit Clear Limited (ASX: CCR), President and board member of the State Library of Victoria and a member of the La Trobe University Council.

Carole Campbell

Carole Campbell has over 30 years’ financial executive experience in a range of industries including professional services, financial services, media, mining and industrial services. Carole commenced her career with KPMG and has held executive roles with Macquarie Group, Westpac Institutional Bank, Seven West Media, Bis Industries and Merivale.

Carole is a Non-Executive Director of Southern Cross Media Group Limited (Southern Cross Austereo) (ASX:SXL) and Deputy Chair of Council of the Australian Film Television and Radio School.

John Wylie

John Wylie, AM

Non-Independent, Non Executive, AM

John Wylie is the founder of investment firm Tanarra Group which invests in venture capital, private equity, private credit and selected public companies. He was previously CEO of the Australian business of global financial services firm Lazard. He co-founded advisory and investment firm Carnegie Wylie & Company in 2000 which was acquired by Lazard in 2007, and before that was Chair of investment bank Credit Suisse First Boston in Australia. 

He holds a Master of Philosophy degree from Oxford University and a Bachelor of Commerce with First Class Honours from the University of Queensland.

John Wylie

Alistair Muir

Independent, Non Executive

Alistair is an experienced digital executive and entrepreneur with a focus on growing and scaling digital businesses. He has worked with a broad range of ASX50 and Fortune 500 companies to successfully launch new digital products and ventures.

This includes launching what is now Apple Music in Australia through to supporting the creation of more than 30 new companies from world-class science and technology from Commonwealth Scientific and Industrial Research Organisation (CSIRO) and other publicly funded research institutes.

Alistair holds a first-class honours degree in computer science and postgraduate qualifications from both Harvard Business School and Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).
